“ The food truck is a hidden gem, which serves various burgers, including vegetarian/vegan options and additionally delicious Ethiopian Injeras on the weekend. The burgers and fries were tasty but what we especially enjoyed were the Injeras. Just as a hint, we were told that we should not arrive too late because otherwise the Injeras might be sold out. Vegan mayonnaise is offered as well and we tried and enjoyed truffle mayo. Only outdoor seating is available but the location is nice and quiet. The waiting times when we went there weren't very long and the service was very good. ”

The owner who makes the dishes herself is really nice and helpful. The place to sit is not at the nicest part of aachen but then it is a food truck and expectations should be adjusted accordingly. Overall I would say its one of the best place to eat in Aachen. ”

“ I have never had injera and have no idea how authentic this was, but it sure was damn tasty! The spice level was high, but I told the owner that's how I like it. I ordered my injera with chicken, though she does have a plethora of vegan dishes. Never have I eaten such juicy chicken breast. For a while, I thought it was fish from the delicate texture. Plentiful portion size, very tasty food, and a very pleasant owner-chef. I will come back for sure. ”
